Whalers Island HOA

Whalers’ Island Home Owners Association (HOA) includes 206 homes located between Beach Park, Farragut and Dewey Drive in Foster City, California.

The 206 homes are situated in two unique neighborhoods know as the "Landing" and the “Island".

The community is nestled within extensive navigable lagoons. It resembles a quaint New England village. The homes in the development are based on a New England Salt Box design. The development has won several architectural awards.

The Home Owner’s Association is served by a Board of Directors, elected by the homeowners, operating according to the HOA Whalers CCRs, Whalers Bylaws, and other governing documents.

The Whalers Island HOA board meets at 7:00 pm on the 4th Thursday of each month, except December. The meetings are held in the Port Room, located on the 2nd floor of the Foster City Library. The Library is located at 1000 East Hillsdale Blvd. Foster City, CA.

These meetings are open to the public and begin with a Community Forum, which allows homeowners to address the board.
